Like a new star in fast food market! Very tasty sauces. Fresh ingredients. It is super clean from top to bottom, in to out, left to right. Modern and cool decoration. Nice and helpful staffs, completely answer any question, very fast service. The lotus chips are a amazing, don’t forget to try them!

Amazing poke! Generous portion, super nice and helpful staff, the freshness is great (always go where the line of customers is!! :) ) and prices extremely competitive. I did the “build your own” and can tell you - this is NOT the last time I was here. I will become a regular customer for sure. 10/10
First time trying this spot today. The service was fantastic as the guy behind the counter explained the whole process to me as a newbie. The food was prepared quickly and the presentation was fantastic. The rice is served warm underneath the cold toppings, which made for a nice mix in the bowl. The flavors were wonderful and there were many varieties of Signature Bowls to choose from, or you can customize your own bowl from the several items behind the counter - similar to ordering from Chipotle where you stand and watch them prepare your meal from many containers of prepared items. If I had one critique, it would be that the Volcano Bowl is heavy on the heat with a mix of Sriracha, spicy mayo and fresh jalapenos, but is clearly marked on the menu board so no fault of the establishment, just my weakened tolerance for spice over the years. Some may say it isn’t spicy enough if you have a high tolerance. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys sushi and is looking for a twist on the traditional roll. For 14 I got a good sized bowl of fresh food that left me satisfied and satiated. Photo of an empty bowl for proof of enjoyment! I will definitely be coming back here again soon!
To be honest, my friend and I originally planned to eat at Subway, but after seeing this neat place, we decided otherwise. Obviously it being my first time, I had no idea what to order or really even how to order, but the lady working helped me out and gave me the whole rundown and even recommended the Rainbow Bowl to me, which I ordered. I was able to customize it how I wanted and the finished product was delicious! I would definitely go back! The proportions are a good size too, so for someone who eats slow like me, you can ask for a lid and a bag to-go! Great as leftovers too!
This restaurant is so consistent with their quality. Each time we visit, the flavors are clean, the staff are friendly, and the store is pristine. I only wish that it could be closer to my home so we could eat here more often! So many people think they have an aversion to raw fish or things that are "different", but locations like this show the value in trying new dishes from different cultures! Take a chance on this place, and you won't be disappointed!
Good selection of ready to order bowls, bit also a very good selection to create your own bowl. Friendly staff and it's all fresh. Prices are reasonable to the quality and quantity of the bowls.
Came here after a HORRIBLE experience at Fuchipoke in Lakeville (don’t ever go there- worst customer service ever)... this place was such a breath of fresh air. Employees were friendly, smiling, kind... and even better, the food was phenomenal. Wish they had maybe a few more vegetable toppings, but will still visit again. Food was fresh and plentiful! Thank you for the great customer service and yummy food!!
